Screen printing screen A2+ aluminium with screen mesh

Screen printing frame stretched with screen printing mesh. You can select the mesh count yourself. This frame size allows for screen prints in A2+ format and is suitable for large textile prints, as well as for printing posters. Of course, canvases can also be optimally printed in this size. This makes it possible to produce fine art prints in this format as well.

This screen printing frame is made of aluminum profiles and the mesh is tightly machine-stretched. The high-quality bonding with solvent-resistant mesh adhesive ensures constant and long-lasting tension for many screen printing sessions.

The higher the T-number, the finer the mesh and the lower the ink deposit during printing!

Select the mesh count yourself. If you are unsure, go for the 54T mesh (all-rounder for most applications).

For art prints on paper, we recommend mesh from 77T upwards.

43 - 47T = Coarse mesh for textile printing (e.g., white ink on black textiles)
54 - 55T = All-round mesh for most textile prints, suitable for cardboard
61 - 64T = Primarily for textile printing on light fabrics (also halftones / coarse photo prints)
77 - 80T = For printing on paper (CMYK / halftones / photo prints)
90 - 100T = Optimal for fine and detailed prints on paper, cardboard, and other non-absorbent substrates.
120T = For printing very fine details on paper, glass, metal, and other smooth surfaces.
