Please make sure you provide a print-ready file!

In order to expose your stencil with optimal edge sharpness - and to ensure the best possible printing results - certain technical requirements must be met. When submitting your artwork, please make sure it meets the following criteria:

1. Artwork size in mm or cm
Your artwork must be created in the exact size it should appear in print. Please set the dimensions in your design software using millimeters or centimeters.

2. Resolution
The file must have a resolution of 300 DPI. If you’re not sure where to check this, you can use the pixel dimensions as a reference. Your artwork must have at least the following pixel dimensions:

- Mini screen printing frame (print area 14 × 14 cm) = 1654 × 1654 pixels (px)
- A4 screen printing frame (print area 21 × 29.7 cm) = 2480 × 3508 pixels (px)
- A3 screen printing frame (print area 29.7 × 42 cm) = 3508 × 4961 pixels (px)
- A2 screen printing frame (print area 42 × 59.4 cm) = 4961 × 7016 pixels (px)

3. Artwork must be completely black

Your artwork must be: - in RGB mode - fully black - color value HEX #000000

4. Select screen exposure
Choose the frame size you would like us to expose on this page and upload your corresponding file. Then simply add the exposure service to your cart.

If you would like to order multiple exposed screen printing frames, just add them to your cart. Don’t worry - we check your artwork before exposure to make sure everything is correct and to prevent unnecessary costs from a failed stencil.

If you’re unable to optimize your artwork but still want a stencil made, just contact us - we’ll find a solution!
