Screen printing squeegee
For precise paint application and sharp edges
The squeegee controls pressure, ink quantity, and contour sharpness. Choose the hardness to suit your application: soft for more ink, 75 Shore as an all-rounder, or hard for precise, thin layers on very fine mesh types.
Tip: Add 2–3 cm to the squeegee width for the motif – for even printing without edge stripes. Replaceable rubber pads for our aluminum squeegees simplify maintenance and keep your workflow consistent.

Screen printing squeegee guide
Screen printing squeegees come in a wide variety of designs. When is each squeegee used?
-
60-65 Shore A
Primarily for textile printing on dark T-shirts, hoodies, fabric bags. Screen printing squeegee with soft rubber, primarily for textile printing. The flexibility of the soft rubber blade allows more ink to be pressed through the mesh during initial pressure. This is particularly ideal for screen printing on dark textiles. -
70-75 Shore A
All-rounder squeegee for textile printing and graphic screen printing Squeegees with rubber of this hardness are often referred to as "all-rounders." The medium-hard rubber blade ensures optimal printing results in both textile printing and graphic screen printing. -
80-85 Shore A
A very hard rubber lip for graphic printing on posters and other non-absorbent surfaces (paper, metal, glass, plastic, etc.). A very low ink application is desired in these cases. Therefore, a hard rubber lip is used here to ensure the lowest possible ink application.
We offer screen printing squeegees made of wood and aluminum in various designs, sizes, and Shore A hardnesses.
Wooden squeegees are inexpensive, while aluminum squeegees are more robust and easier to clean.
