This comprehensive package contains everything you need to get started in the fascinating world of screen printing. It allows you to create the screen printing stencil, through exposure, to the finished print and professional cleaning.

Unlike the DIY A4 set, here you can create screen prints up to A3 size! That's twice the size.

This set is intentionally designed as an "all-inclusive package" so you can start printing right away. You don't need to search for any additional components; you can start immediately after unpacking and create your first masterpieces.

What is included in the kit?

We have considered every detail to enable you to have a professional workflow:

1. Print & Frame:

• 1 x Screen printing frame (A3): Large metal frame (with screen mesh) for impressive prints up to A3 size. Universally applicable for textile printing, but also perfect for paper, cardboard or canvas.

• 1 x Squeegee (A3): A high-quality squeegee of suitable width for an even application of ink across the entire A3 printing area.

• 1x Coating trough (for A4 and A3 frames): For even application of the photo emulsion onto the screen. The trough is made of aluminum, is extra lightweight, and ensures a homogeneous emulsion application. This allows you to coat both A4 and A3 frames with photo emulsion.

2. Colors & Motif Creation:

• 1 x screen printing ink (black 200 ml): For direct screen printing on textiles

• 20 x screen printing films (inkjet): 10 sheets in A3 and 10 sheets in A4, to easily print your digital designs onto the exposure template using an inkjet printer.

3. Exposure & Coating:

• 1 x Professional LED exposure lamp: The heart of the set! Ensures reliable, sharp and fast exposure results – no more guesswork with sunlight.

• 1 x Photo emulsion BLUE (240 g): High-quality emulsion to transfer your motifs photorealistically onto the screen.

• 1 x Yellow light lamp: Indispensable for working with photo emulsion, as it illuminates the room without prematurely exposing the emulsion.

• 1 x Black photo paper: A simple but effective tool to minimize underexposure during exposure.

4. Cleaning & Preparation:

• 1 x Degreaser (500 ml): Cleans and degreases the screen fabric before coating, for perfect adhesion of the photo emulsion.

• 1 x Eco Color Remover: For easy and quick removal of color residue from the screen after printing.

• 1 x Emulsion Remover (500 ml): Removes the hardened photo emulsion from the screen, so you can reuse it for new designs.

5. Accessories:

• 10 x wooden spatulas: For clean removal and mixing of the paints.

• 2 screen holders / screen clamps: These allow the screen printing frame to be conveniently clamped and folded up.
