This comprehensive package contains everything you need to get started in the fascinating world of screen printing. It allows you to handle the entire process, from creating your own screen stencil and exposing it, to the final print and professional cleanup.

Unlike the DIY A4 Kit, this one lets you create screen prints up to A3 size! That's double the area.

This kit is intentionally designed as an "all-in-one, hassle-free package" so you can start printing right away. You don't need to hunt for additional components; you can start immediately after unpacking and screen print your first masterpieces.

What's included in the kit?

Thanks to our years of experience in screen printing, we've thought of every detail to ensure an easy workflow for you:

1. Printing & Frames:

• 1 x Screen Printing Frame (A3): A large metal frame (with mesh) for impressive prints up to A3 size. Versatile for textile printing, but also perfect for paper, cardboard, or canvas.

• 1 x Squeegee (A3): A high-quality squeegee with the right width for an even application of ink across the entire A3 print area.

• 1x BASIC Scoop Coater (for A4 and A3 frames): For evenly applying photo emulsion to the screen. The coater is made of aluminum, is extra lightweight, and ensures a smooth emulsion layer. You can use it to coat both A4 and A3 frames with photo emulsion.

2. Inks & Artwork Creation:

• 1 x Screen Printing Ink (Black, 200 ml): For direct screen printing on textiles.

• 20 x Transparency Films (Inkjet): 10 sheets in A3 and 10 sheets in A4, to easily print your digital designs onto the exposure template using an inkjet printer.

3. Exposure & Coating:

• 1 x Professional LED Exposure Lamp: The heart of the kit! Ensures reliable, sharp, and fast exposure results – no more guessing with sunlight.

• 1 x PRO Photo Emulsion (240 g): High-quality emulsion to transfer your designs onto the screen with photorealistic detail.

• 1 x Yellow Safe Light: Essential for working with photo emulsion, as it illuminates the room without prematurely exposing the emulsion.

• 1 x Black Cardboard Insert: A simple but effective tool to minimize light undercutting during exposure. The cardboard is simply placed inside the frame on the substrate side.

4. Cleaning & Preparation:

• 1 x Dipilu Degreaser (500 ml): Cleans and degreases the screen mesh before coating for perfect photo emulsion adhesion.

• 1 x Dipilu Eco Ink Remover (500 ml): For quick and easy removal of ink residue from the screen after printing.

• 1 x Dipilu Emulsion Remover (500 ml): Dissolves the hardened photo emulsion from the screen, allowing you to reuse it for new designs.

5. Accessories:

• 10 x Wooden Spatulas: For cleanly handling and mixing inks.

• 1x Cleaning Sponge
