Simple all-round screen printing squeegee for A4 screen printing frames with 75 Shore rubber and wooden handle.

Solid, precise, and affordable: This squeegee with a 26 cm working width and 75 Shore rubber blade is the ideal all-rounder for manual screen printing. The medium-hard rubber lip ensures excellent and even ink application. From fine lines to large-scale designs, it's perfect and fits our DIN A4 frames perfectly.

Why 75 Shore?
75 Shore (medium hardness) offers the best balance of control and opacity: enough pressure for clean edges and details, yet sufficient flexibility for a homogeneous application of paint. The ideal tool, therefore, as "one squeegee for (almost) everything".

Application & Tips

• Pull the squeegee across the sieve at an angle of approximately 15-20°, applying and holding even pressure.

• For finer details: a slightly steeper angle and moderate pressure, as less ink should pass through the screen.

• Clean immediately after printing (water-based inks with Dipilu Bio ink remover, plastisol/solvents according to the manufacturer's instructions)
