A robust, versatile screen printing machine with a single variable print head – ideal for those seeking maximum flexibility in textile and flatbed printing. Compared to the Dipilu Pro screen printing table, the Dipilu Expert offers significantly improved height adjustability, stability, mobility (freestanding), and expandability . The feet are also adjustable by 1.5 cm .

Highlights

• Variable print head : continuously height-adjustable; printing on materials up to 5 cm profile height . Additionally, lateral frame offset of ±2.5 cm .

• Extendable pressure plate : can be pulled out up to 10 cm forward via quick-change system or completely removed – for easy positioning and quick plate changes.

• Freestanding system : larger than the PRO model, but significantly more mobile due to the base.

Applications

Ideal for single-color prints on T-shirts and cotton bags; thanks to variable screen height, other materials up to 5 cm thick are also possible. Multi-color prints can be achieved with separate screens for each color – but are most efficient when combined with a screen printing carousel .

Print area & formats

• Standard printing plate: 55 × 44.5 cm , interchangeable via quick-release system (e.g. children's plates).

• Large motifs up to DIN A1 are possible (depending on frame/optionally a different tabletop).

Performance

• Approximately 120 monochrome prints per hour (depending on the practice).

• For screen printing frames up to 4 cm profile height (all our frames fit).

• Convenient upgrade with LED and HALOGEN exposure unit for direct screen exposure at the printing table.
