Transparent ink base for textile printing

Transparent ink binder / ink base screen printing ink for textile printing. For mixing your own color tones with water-based pigments.

The ink binder comes in a ready-to-use consistency and ensures effortless application and crisp, smudge-free printing results. Thanks to its high pigmentation, it guarantees excellent coverage, especially on dark fabrics. Its environmentally friendly, solvent-free formula is not only low-odor but also gentle on the skin, making it the ideal choice for sustainable designs and textiles worn directly against the skin.

Our anti-drying formulation means the ink doesn't dry out in the screen as quickly as ordinary water-based printing inks.

Application & Fixation:
The ink can be applied directly to the screen mesh and evenly spread through the mesh onto the fabric using a squeegee. It can also be mixed with our water-based pigments to create custom shades. This product is particularly suitable for printing only on light-colored textiles.

After printing, allow the fabric to air dry. For permanent wash resistance, add our cold fixative for textile printing inks to the ink beforehand. Heat fixing the ink also yields good results. To do this, iron the design on the reverse side for approximately 3-5 minutes at 120-150°C (cotton setting, without steam) using a release agent (baking paper) after it has completely dried. Clean all tools with Dipilu Eco paint remover.
