This robust aluminum screen printing frame in DIN A4+ format is pre-stretched with our high-quality polyester screen printing mesh and ready for immediate use. Thanks to machine stretching and strong bonding with 2-component mesh adhesive, the tension of the fabric remains constant. It is therefore perfectly suited for clean and precise printing results with every use.

The higher the T-number, the finer the mesh and the lower the ink deposit during printing!

Select the mesh count yourself. If you are unsure, go for the 54T mesh (all-rounder for most applications).

43 - 47T = Coarse mesh for textile printing (e.g., white ink on black textiles)
54 - 55T = All-round mesh for most textile prints, suitable for cardboard
61 - 64T = Primarily for textile printing on light fabrics (also halftones / coarse photo prints)
77 - 80T = For printing on paper (CMYK / halftones / photo prints)
90 - 100T = Optimal for fine and detailed prints on paper, cardboard, and other non-absorbent substrates.
120T = For printing very fine details on paper, glass, metal, and other smooth surfaces.

The aluminum frame is our absolute bestseller. It is perfect for screen printing on a wide variety of materials (depending on mesh count). Cardboard, canvas, paper, wood, metal, or glass can also be screen printed.

If you were to choose just a single frame for your screen printing projects, it is best to choose a frame with the 54T mesh.
