Reliable LED light source for curing screen printing frames coated with Dipilu photo emulsion . Ideal for DIY exposures at home or in the workshop.

Setup & spacing

• Lamp distance to frame: 45–75 cm (possible above or below the screen)

• Note: Cable is short with a grounded plug – extension cable recommended (not included)

• If you are using a glass plate for exposure, please ensure in an exposure test that the glass is UV transparent!

Guideline exposure time

• Dipilu photo emulsion blue: approx. 3:30 min

• Dipilu Photo Emulsion Red: approx. 3:35 min

Exposure times are guidelines only. Material, layer thickness, fabric, room temperature, and distance all affect the result – please conduct exposure tests before production.

Application tips

• Align the sieve surface as parallel as possible to the light source to ensure optimal sieve coverage.

• Stray light should be avoided (black background / darkening)

• For optimal results, we recommend conducting exposure tests beforehand.
