A reliable light source for curing photo emulsion on screens coated with Dipilu Photo Emulsion. Ideal for DIY exposures at home or in the workshop.

Setup & Distance

• Lamp distance to the frame: 45-75 cm (18-30 inches), can be placed above or below the screen

• Cable Note: short with a grounded plug - an extension cord is recommended (not included)

• If you use a glass plate for exposure, please perform a test to ensure the glass is UV-transmissive!

Exposure Time Guidelines

• Dipilu Photo Emulsion PRO: approx. 3:30 min

• Dipilu Photo Emulsion BASIC: approx. 3:35 min

Exposure times are guide values. Material, coating thickness, mesh count, room temperature, and distance will affect the result. It is best to perform exposure tests (step wedge test with different times) before starting production.

Application Tips

• Align the screen surface as parallel as possible to the light source to ensure optimal coverage.

• Avoid stray light (use a black background / darken the room).

• For best results, we recommend performing exposure tests beforehand.
