This emulsion remover reliably removes photo emulsion from coated and exposed screens – allowing you to reuse your frames. Simply apply, let it work briefly, and rinse with water.

What he does
The emulsion remover breaks down common photographic emulsions (coated and exposed), so the fabric is clean again and can be recoated. Even if an exposure fails, the emulsion can be easily washed out with it.

Ready to use
The solution is ready-mixed – no dilution required. It's best to work in a tray into which the frame can be placed. The stripping liquid can be stored and reused; please keep it tightly sealed.

Application

1. Apply the emulsion remover evenly to both sides using an emulsion remover sponge or a soft brush.

2. Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes – do not let it dry .

3. Briefly spread/activate the emulsion with the sponge.

4. Rinse thoroughly with water (a pressure washer will speed up the process).

Safety & Tips

• Wear protective gloves (and safety glasses if possible).

• Test the compatibility of unknown emulsions on an inconspicuous area.

• Work in a well-ventilated environment and absolutely avoid letting the product dry out.
