This photoemulsion remover reliably removes photoemulsion from coated and exposed screen printing frames - allowing you to reuse your frames. Simply apply, let it work briefly, and rinse with water.

What it does

This reclaiming solution breaks down common screen printing photoemulsions (coated and exposed), so the mesh is clean again and can be re-coated. Even if an exposure fails, the photoemulsion can be easily washed out.

Ready to use

The solution is ready to use with no dilution required. It's best to work in a tray into which the frame can be placed. The reclaiming solution can be stored and be reused; please keep it tightly sealed.

Application

1. Apply the remover evenly to both sides on the screen printing screen.

2. Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes but! do not let it dry!

3. Briefly apply the screen printing stencil with the sponge.

4. Rinse thoroughly with water (a pressure washer will speed up the process).

Safety & Tips

• Test the compatibility of unknown emulsions on an inconspicuous area.

• Work in a well-ventilated environment and absolutely avoid letting the product dry out.
