We don't have your desired size available? No problem. Create the screen printing frame in your desired format using our interlocking wooden strips. You can easily order the screen mesh as well.

Advantage: You can freely combine the individual strips in terms of length. The frames can be glued together, ensuring stability for many printing cycles. If the strips are not glued, you can also recombine them with different lengths after use.

Scope of delivery

• Plug-in wooden frame (kit) depending on selection

• Stapler/staple + staples

• Cutter/scissors for trimming

Assembly & Covering – in a nutshell

1. Assemble the frame: Assemble the strips flat and at right angles.

2. Apply fabric: Fix in the center with slight tension.

3. Staple: Alternately staple opposite sides from the center outwards – this ensures even tension.

4. Seal edges: Cover staples/inner edge with tape or glue, mask off print area.
