4-pack aluminum screen printing screens with mesh type of your choice

With this 4-pack bundle, you receive four high-quality aluminum screen printing screens, each stretched with the screen printing mesh type you select. The print area is A3+, which means it is slightly larger than the standard DIN A3 format. This gives you plenty of space for larger designs, textile prints, paper prints or creative DIY projects.

Each screen is carefully stretched with polyester screen printing mesh and permanently bonded with professional mesh adhesive. This keeps the mesh reliably tight and makes the screens suitable for clean, repeatable print results. The screens can be used multiple times: after printing, you can reclaim the old stencil, clean the screen and expose it again with a new design.

The 4-pack is especially practical if you want to prepare several designs, work on different projects at the same time or keep multiple printing stencils ready to use. All four screens are supplied with the mesh count you selected.

Choose the right screen printing mesh count for your application. If you are unsure, 54T is a good all-round choice for many typical screen printing projects.

43 - 47T = coarse mesh for textile printing, for example for heavy ink deposits or white ink on dark textiles
54 - 55T = versatile all-round mesh for most textile prints, as well as simple prints on cardboard and paper
61 - 64T = especially suitable for textile printing on lighter fabrics, also for coarse halftones or simple photo prints
77 - 80T = suitable for printing on paper, CMYK applications, halftones and photo prints
90 - 100T = ideal for finer and more detailed prints on paper, cardboard and other smooth or less absorbent substrates
120T = for very fine details on paper, glass, metal and other smooth surfaces
