Screen Printing Exposure Service
We have described exactly how exposure for your own screen printing stencil works in our screen printing guide "How to make a screen print".
However, if that is too much effort for you, you can also use our screen printing frame exposure service. We are happy to expose one or more stencils for you so that you can start printing right away. The only thing you need is a graphic template that is ideally exactly the same size as your print should ultimately appear on the material (T-shirt, paper sheet, cardboard, etc.).
How to get the best exposure results.
So that we can expose your stencil in a way that ensures optimal edge sharpness – and naturally provides you with the best print results – some technical requirements must be met:
- Your graphic should be created in the exact size as it should appear later in the print. It is best to specify the size in your graphics software in millimeters or centimeters.
- The file has a resolution of 300 DPI.
- Your graphic is set up in pure black (RGB mode, completely black (HEX 000000)).
Then simply order the exposure in the respective size (Mini, A4, A3, or A2) and send us the graphic by e-mail afterwards. If you would like to order several exposed screen printing frames at once, simply add them to your shopping cart.
Don't worry, we check your graphic before printing to ensure everything is okay before exposure, so you don't incur unnecessary costs for a failed stencil.
You can't optimize your graphic yourself, but still want a stencil created? Then just contact us, we will find a solution!
