More width, more control: With a 17-inch (43 cm) width and a medium 75 durometer blade, this squeegee is the perfect choice for large-scale designs and A2-sized screens. It is specifically designed to fit our DIY A2 wood screen printing frames. The rubber blade distributes ink evenly across the entire width, ensuring crisp, sharp edges—ideal for precision printing on larger formats.

Usage & Materials

• Compatible with water-based, plastisol, and solvent-based screen printing inks

Why 75 Durometer?

The 75 Shore A standard hardness offers the perfect balance of stability and flexibility. It provides enough rigidity for clear lines and high opacity, while remaining flexible enough for smooth, streak-free coverage—the universal "sweet spot" for daily use in any screen printing shop.

Application & Care

• Pull the squeegee at approximately a 15-20° angle across the screen with constant pressure
• For fine details: Hold the squeegee at a slightly steeper angle and maintain moderate pressure
• Cleaning: Clean promptly after printing (remove water-based inks with water; clean plastisol/solvents according to the manufacturer's instructions)
