This hand-held printing table (part of the PRO screen printing set ) allows you to print textiles (T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags) as well as other materials, primarily in one color. These can include posters, wooden boards, cardboard boxes, and many other flat materials up to 1.5 cm thick. Need more height flexibility? Textile printing

This device is excellent for printing on T-shirts and other textiles. Spray adhesive or, even better, roll-on adhesive is applied directly to the tabletop, and then the textile is positioned on the printing plate.

While this device isn't primarily designed for multicolor printing, simple multicolor screen prints are certainly possible. However, you need to keep in mind that a separate screen is used for each color. This means you'd have to change the frame after each print with a different color. Furthermore, precisely repositioning each screen can be tricky.

We therefore recommend the Dipilu screen printing carousel for 4 colors. With it, you can directly clamp up to 4 screen printing frames and start printing immediately. Changing frames is unnecessary. This results in a convenient workflow, even for multi-color screen printing on textiles or even posters.

Construction

The device can be assembled and ready for use in just a few steps. It stands optimally when it extends beyond the edge of a tabletop and is securely screwed to a table. The necessary tools and simple assembly instructions are included.

Size of the printing area

The printable area with the included printing plate is approximately 55 x 44 cm. However, this printing plate can easily be replaced with a different coated printing plate. This allows for prints up to A2+ size. Of course, other printing plates can also be mounted (e.g., for children's clothing, fabric bags, etc.).

Which screen printing frames are suitable?

In principle, all screen printing frames with a maximum profile width of 4 cm can be inserted into the screen holder. This includes even our mini screen printing frames or large A2 wooden frames. Thanks to the sturdy and adjustable tension springs, even heavier frame profiles can be used.

How fast can the device print?

This is where screen printing really shines. You can produce around 140 screen prints per hour. However, this also depends on your printing experience.

Optional extensions:

The device can be conveniently equipped with an exposure unit , allowing you to independently perform screen exposures with your own designs directly on the printing table. The exposure unit is mounted directly on the printing table.
