This 3-piece exposure support set for screen printing frames is used to prevent unwanted light bleed during screen exposure and to press the printed film positive firmly against the mesh.

This exposure support set is specifically sized to fit our screen printing screens. You can choose the size in the product variation: A4, A3, or A2. The support set is always precisely cut to match the selected frame size.

Contents:

This set consists of three parts:

1. A black board that is placed into the frame first.
2. A foam block that is placed into the frame on top of the board.
3. A UV-transparent glass plate that presses the printed film positive firmly onto the screen during exposure.

How to use:

1. Place the black board into the screen frame.
2. Insert the foam block into the frame.
3. Turn the frame over and place your printed film positive (mirrored artwork) directly onto the screen mesh. Then place the glass plate on top of the frame.

After that, you can expose the screen using either the halogen exposure lamp or the LED exposure lamp.
