64T screen printing mesh – for clear details and solid ink application

Want to stay flexible and print on both textiles and paper? 64T strikes the perfect balance between opacity and detail. This 1.26 m wide polyester fabric delivers an even color film, clean edges, and is easy to work with in everyday DIY projects.

When is 64T ideal? For T-shirts, hoodies, and bags in light to medium colors (on dark fabrics with opaque ink), logos with fine lines, medium-sized fonts, precise spot colors, simple halftone designs, as well as posters and stickers. 64T offers better coverage than 77/100T but allows for significantly finer details than 43–54T. For micro-details, choose 80–120T; for maximum ink coverage, choose 43–54T.

The fabric is available in 1-meter or 2-meter lengths. For example, if you order 5 meters, we will deliver 2 x 2 meters + 1 x 1 meter – convenient lengths that are easy to cut and stretch.
