Looking for a screen printing fabric that works in most situations? Our 54T polyester screen printing fabric strikes the perfect balance between opacity and detail. With a width of 1.26 m, a uniform structure, and stable thread lay, you get professional quality that's easy to work with. Ideal for DIY and studio use.

When is 54T ideal? For T-shirts, hoodies and bags, logos with lines and medium lettering, simple halftones, posters, and fabric prints with a balanced ink film. 54T allows ink to pass through in a controlled manner and delivers clean edges with good coverage. If you want maximum opacity and underbase relief, choose 43T; for finer details or smaller fonts, go for 64–80T (e.g., 64T or 77T).

The fabric is available in 1-meter or 2-meter lengths. For example, if you order 5 meters, we will deliver 2 x 2 meters + 1 x 1 meter – manageable lengths that are easy to stretch and cut.
