With this 4-pack, you receive four ready-stretched aluminum screen printing screens for large-format screen printing projects in A2+ size. You can choose the mesh count to match your printing project. Thanks to the large print area, these screens are ideal for large textile prints, posters, placards, canvases and art prints on paper or other suitable surfaces.

This value bundle is especially practical if you want to prepare several designs, work on different projects at the same time or keep multiple screen printing stencils ready to use. All four screens are supplied with the mesh count you selected.

Each screen is made from sturdy aluminum profiles and is machine-stretched with high-quality polyester screen printing mesh. The even mesh tension helps achieve reliable print results, even with larger designs. The mesh is permanently bonded with solvent-resistant mesh adhesive, so the tension remains firm and durable even after repeated use.

For larger prints, choosing the right mesh count is especially important. A coarser mesh allows more ink to pass through and is well suited for bold textile prints. A finer mesh allows more detailed prints and is especially suitable for paper, cardboard, posters, art prints or smooth surfaces.

As a general rule: the higher the T number, the finer the screen printing mesh. At the same time, the ink deposit becomes lower.

Choose the right mesh count for your project. If you are unsure, 54T is a good all-round choice for many typical applications.

For art prints, posters and more detailed prints on paper, we usually recommend a mesh count of 77T or higher.

43 - 47T = coarse mesh for textile printing, for example for heavy ink deposit or white ink on dark textiles
54 - 55T = versatile all-round mesh for most textile prints and simple prints on cardboard
61 - 64T = especially suitable for textile printing on lighter fabrics, also for coarse halftones or simple photo prints
77 - 80T = suitable for printing on paper, posters, CMYK applications, halftones and photo prints
90 - 100T = ideal for fine and detailed prints on paper, cardboard and other smooth or less absorbent surfaces
120T = for very fine details on paper, glass, metal and other smooth surfaces

The A2+ screen printing screens are a good choice if you want to print larger designs cleanly and use several screens at the same time. After printing, the old emulsion can be reclaimed so you can clean the screens and expose them again with new designs.
